HAM - ON4PFD
Hi ! I'm Fred, ON4PFD, a Belgian amateur radio operator.
I've had my license since 2016, but I've become more active as an operator since March 2024, when I was invited to a Yota contest in France.

My home rig consists of an ICOM IC-7300 powered by a Jetfon PC-30 power supply. Both have had their fans replaced with Noctua fans to reduce noise.

I'm finally learning CW, and I'm using a ForceKey to practice. I hope I'll be able to make some CW contacts soon !
My antenna is a home made tunable dipole, inspired by AD0MZ's design.
I was using a folded dipole working from 80m to 10m, which unfortunately broke when a knot failed.
I'll soon install a Cushcraft R7 vertical antenna, which should enable me to make some long distance contacts.
ON4MSF
I also sometimes operate MSF's HF station, which consists of a Yaesu FTdx101D, paired with an UltraBeam antenna on an antenna rotator.
